On Thursday April 1st 2010, Parya Trillium Foundation organized a reception to announce the reciept of exciting new funds to help with its programs.
Mr.Ahmad Tabrizi, president and founder of Parya announced the two grants received from Ontario Trillium Foundation and Federal Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship.
Distingued guests included Dr. Reza Moridi, MPP of Richmond Hill, Mr. Peter Shurman, MPP of Thornhill, and Mrs. Mervat Rashwan Board member of Ontario Trillium Foundation. Also in attendance were Iranian news media reporters and over one hundrend members of the Iranian-Canadian community members.
