One of the most important aspects of our mission is to provide opportunities for young people to develop leadership and team building skills in order to become actively engaged in their community.
We are especially interested in nurturing the growth of communication skills, knowledge base and physical health of youth - our future leaders. Through our programs, we hope to encourage youth participation in community initiatives offering them opportunities in developing effective leadership skills for tomorrow.

As intergenerational relationships are quite important within the Iranian culture, Parya will encourage and include in its curriculum family members. Intergenerational programs will bring an outstanding added value to the family life.
In addition to developing friendships, having fun and gaining memorable experiences, our programming will acquaint young people with their roots and cultural heritage.
